Note:  On the 2 May 1967 145 Sig Sqn was totally replaced by 110 Sig Sqn.  Major Hynes was 110 Sig Sqn first OC in South Vietnam.  Individual relief was adopted and unit designations did not change, so 110 Sig Sqn remain in Vietnam until the war end.
